Return Process

  Carefully disassemble the item and place it back into its original flat-pack packaging, ensuring all hardware and instructions are included.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at an authorized collection point or schedule a courier pickup for larger furniture pieces.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
